Hotel Plaza Crystal was a cozy stay in Xalapa, perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a day of exploring. The proximity to Plaza Las Animas Mall was a bonus, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat or shop for necessities.The friendly front desk staff and attentive cleaning lady added a personalized touch to our stay, making us feel welcome. The option for luggage storage was handy, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about our bags. And the free WiFi throughout the property kept us connected during our visit.Not having meals at the property was not an issue, as the location offered easy access to various dining options. The city view from certain rooms was a delightful surprise, adding to the overall experience. Hotel Plaza Crystal provided a pleasant and convenient base for our weekend adventure in Xalapa.
